Fusor Labs, LLC ("Fusor," "we," "our," or "us") operates the Fusor Launchpad interface accessible at fusor.fun and related domains (collectively, the "Interface"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding it.

By using the Interface you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Interface.

2.1 On-chain data. All blockchain transactions — including wallet addresses, token launches, swaps, and contract interactions — are recorded permanently on the public Robinhood Chain ledger. Fusor Labs does not control and cannot delete this data. It is publicly visible to anyone.

2.2 Automatically collected data. When you visit the Interface we may collect standard server log data including IP address, browser type, referring URLs, and pages visited. We use this solely for security monitoring and service reliability.

2.3 Metadata you submit. When launching a token you may provide a name, symbol, description, image, and social links. This information is uploaded to our metadata endpoint and permanently linked in the token's on-chain URI. Once submitted it cannot be deleted.

2.4 Wallet addresses. We process wallet addresses that interact with the Interface in order to display live on-chain holdings, token activity, and creator fee information. We do not associate wallet addresses with real-world identities unless you voluntarily provide that information.

2.5 We do not collect. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, government ID, or payment card details. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.

We use the information described above to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Interface.
• Display token pages, market data, and portfolio summaries.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use it for targeted advertising.

The Interface integrates the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Privy — wallet authentication. See privy.io/privacy.
• Robinhood Chain RPC — blockchain node access. Transactions broadcast to the network are public.
• Yahoo Finance (price data) — live stock prices fetched server-side; no user data is transmitted.

Server logs are retained for up to 90 days and then deleted. Metadata you upload is retained indefinitely because it is referenced by on-chain URIs. On-chain data is permanent by the nature of blockchain technology and cannot be deleted.

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Because we collect minimal personal data and most of what we store is public blockchain data, most requests can be satisfied by noting that wallet addresses are pseudonymous and on-chain records cannot be altered.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data we hold. However, no system is perfectly secure. We are not responsible for unauthorized access that results from your own actions (e.g., sharing your wallet seed phrase).

The Interface is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact us at support@fusor.fun and we will take appropriate action.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Interface after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
