These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fusor Launchpad interface ("Interface") operated by Fusor Labs, LLC ("Fusor," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Interface you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Interface.

The Interface is a non-custodial web application that allows users to interact with smart contracts deployed on the Robinhood Chain blockchain. It facilitates:

• Launching ERC-20 tokens paired with Robinhood Stock Tokens.
• Trading tokens through Uniswap V3 liquidity pools.
• Viewing market data, token metadata, and portfolio information.

Fusor does not custody assets, execute trades on your behalf, or control the smart contracts you interact with. All transactions are submitted by your own wallet.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Interface. By using the Interface you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

The Interface is not available to persons located in jurisdictions where the use of decentralized finance applications or the trading of tokenized securities is prohibited or restricted by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Interface is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Nothing on the Interface constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Token prices can be extremely volatile. You may lose some or all of any funds you deploy. Past performance of any token is not indicative of future results.

Tokens launched on Fusor are speculative assets with no guaranteed value. Fusor Labs makes no representations about the future value or viability of any token launched through the Interface.

Fusor does not hold, control, or manage your digital assets. You are solely responsible for the security of your private keys and wallet credentials. Fusor cannot reverse, cancel, or recover any transaction submitted to the blockchain. If you lose your private key, Fusor cannot restore access to your funds.

Smart contracts are immutable once deployed. Although the core contracts have been designed carefully, they may contain vulnerabilities. Interacting with smart contracts carries inherent risk that you accept by using the Interface.

Anyone may launch a token through the Interface subject to these Terms and applicable law. By launching a token you represent that:

• You will not use the token for any fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative purpose.
• The metadata (name, symbol, description, image, socials) you submit does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
• You will not impersonate any person, company, or brand without authorization.
• You will not launch tokens that are designed primarily to defraud purchasers (e.g., "rug pulls").

Fusor Labs reserves the right to delist tokens from the Interface display if they are determined to violate these Terms, applicable law, or community standards. Delisting from the Interface does not affect the underlying on-chain contracts.

You agree not to:

• Use the Interface to launder money, finance terrorism, or violate sanctions laws.
• Attempt to manipulate token markets through wash trading, spoofing, or other artificial means.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Interface or its APIs in ways that harm other users.
• Submit malicious, defamatory, or illegal content as token metadata.
• Circumvent any access controls or security measures.

The Interface charges a 0.0005 ETH launch fee payable at token creation. A 1% swap fee on each trade is collected by the underlying Uniswap V3 pool. These fees are disclosed in the Interface before you confirm any transaction. Fees are non-refundable.

The Interface, including its design, code, and content created by Fusor Labs, is owned by Fusor Labs, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Interface without prior written consent.

Token metadata, images, and descriptions submitted by users remain the property of their respective creators. By submitting metadata you grant Fusor Labs a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to display that content in connection with the Interface.

THE INTERFACE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Fusor LABS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE INTERFACE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY OF ANY PRICE DATA, MARKET INFORMATION, OR SMART CONTRACT BEHAVIOR DISPLAYED ON THE INTERFACE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Fusor LABS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE INTERFACE, INCLUDING LOSS OF FUNDS, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE INTERFACE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $100 USD OR (B) THE LAUNCH FEES YOU PAID TO Fusor LABS IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fusor Labs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Interface, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Interface shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered under the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules, with proceedings conducted in English.

You waive any right to a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Interface after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
